The Performance Pulse

How well-designed is performance management where you work?

Ten questions about how goals, feedback, and ratings are supposed to work at your company. You get a 0–100 score for how formally the process is designed — scored with the same engine behind the full Performance.fyi systems audit.

10 questions · under 5 minutes · no sign-up · no email required

Your answers are anonymous. No sign-up, no account, and we never ask who you are. Your employer never sees your individual answers — a company only ever gets one combined score, and only once 3 or more people there have responded. If you choose to leave an email at the end, it is stored apart from your answers and cannot be matched back to them.

This measures process design — whether a formal process exists and is visible to you — not whether your company is a good or bad place to work. Items are drawn from the Performance.fyi instrument banks (methodology v3.0.0). Privacy policy.

Unlock your company’s score

Neither field is attached to your answers. A company score is published only once 3 or more people from that company have responded, and it is a single combined number — your individual answers are never shown to anyone, at your company or anywhere else.

Both fields are optional. Adding your company counts you toward that threshold.

Your email is stored in a separate record with no link back to your answers. Its only use is to tell you when your company’s score unlocks.

Two more people unlock your company

A company score publishes at 3 respondents. Send the link to colleagues — they answer anonymously too, and nobody sees who said what.

Your score reflects the answers you gave about the design of your company’s process, on the same 0–100 scale and letter bands as the full Performance.fyi audit (methodology v3.0.0). “I don’t know” answers are not scored against you — they measure how visible the process is.
