Methodology
Performance.FYI grades performance management systems across six pillars — calibration, leveling, goal setting, feedback, rating, and software tooling — on an A–F scale. Autonomous grades are produced by the TRM model from public evidence (filings, reviews, job postings, disclosed process documentation) without company participation. Employee-reported grades aggregate first-party assessment responses. A Verified Grade™ reflects a company-participated evidence review. Grade spread between sources is itself a signal: a persistent gap between what a company's process looks like from the outside and what employees report is a leading indicator of retention and execution risk.
